Stainless steel liner 12" long. Although made for the JMC 12" Zero Contamination Tube, these liners will also fit the JMC Environmentalist's Sub-Soil Probe and the JMC 18 inch Zero Contamination Tube when used with Spacers.
This reusable spacer allows you to fit a 12 inch liner into an 18 inch Zero Contamination Tube. It would also fill the empty space in a 36 inch ESP Sampling containing one 12 inch and one 18 inch liner.
Remember the spacer sits on TOP of the PETG Copolyester or Stainless Steel liners inside your sampling tube.
In some situations, it may be expedient to plant several 2 inch diameter casings in the ground before returning to sample through each one. That is why we sell separate casings for the JMC 2 by 6 inch Concentric Sampling Tube.
Remember: This is the casing only. You should already have a Concentric Sampling Tube.
The ESP pulls a 3 (or 4) foot long by 0.8 inch diameter sample in one plunge. It captures every sample in a plastic (or stainless steel) liner and can sample to 3 (or 4) feet (30 feet with extensions). Sampling tube is driven by a 12.5 pound drop-hammer (or electric hammer) and retrieved with a foot-operated jack.
